Whether you manage your own email marketing campaigns or those of one or more clients, multi-accounts offers an optimum response to both of these requirements.
The multi-accounts system allows you to configure as many sender profiles as you wish. These profiles enable you to configure the information relating to the campaign issuer (from, display name, reply-to, etc.), the list of recipients of the test emails and the source of the distribution list.
Once this information has been defined, the campaign manager simply needs to select the desired profile and all this information is automatically loaded. emailR will connect automatically to the data source defined for this profile in order to propose the distribution lists or the corresponding segments.
Multi-users: for you and your clients
The profiles allow you to subdivide emailR into sub-accounts. You can, for example, set it so that a particular user has access to one or more profiles and define their role for each of these profiles.
For example:
- Philippe Dupont will have access to the profile of subsidiary X as campaign manager. He will be able to create new emails and send them. For subsidiary Y, however, he will only have access to the campaign reports.
- You can also offer your client Z access to the platform, where they will only be able to consult the send statistics that you have produced for them.
Total freedom
This subdivision of the application by profile and the flexible allocation of rights to users will enable you to respond to all situations you might face.
Moreover, the number of profiles and the number of users are unlimited, whichever type of contract you opt for.
